Cindy Kinash or its subsidiaries, affiliates, and suppliers (collectively “Cindy Kinash”) own intellectual property rights in the Software Product. By downloading this font package, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. NUMBER OF USERS Your applicable receipt will specify the number of users. However all users must belong to the same household purchasing this font. They must not retain copies of this font in any way. EMBEDDING You can embed the licensed fonts into any document you send to third parties. However such documents are only to be viewed and printed but not edited by the recipients.
