Cindy Kinash or its subsidiaries, affiliates, and suppliers (collectively “Cindy Kinash”) own intellectual property rights in the Software Product. By downloading this font package, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement, in conjunction with the receipt that accompanies each purchase from www.myfonts.com, constitutes the complete agreement between you and Cindy Kinash Foundry. ALLOWANCE OF PRODUCT You can use this font for creating images for any surface such as paper, websites, photography, movie credits, printed material, t-shirts and other surfaces where the image is a fixed size. NUMBER OF USERS Your applicable receipt will specify the number of users. However all users must belong to the same household purchasing this font. THIRD PARTIES You can provide your font to a graphic designer or service bureau that is working on your behalf only if they agree to use the font for your work only and agree to the terms of this license. They must not retain copies of this font in any way. EMBEDDING You can embed the licensed fonts into any document you send to third parties.
