If this is the use that the Licensee desires, they must contact the Licensor to discuss the creation of a different contract. 2. Term of the License This EULA will come into force on the Effective Date and will continue in force indefinitely. 3. Other Rights and Limitations 3.1 The software or its component parts may not be distributed or resold to any other third party. 3.2 The Licensee may not rent or lease the software. 3.3 The Licensor may terminate this EULA if the Licensee fails to comply with the conditions set out in it. 4. Limitations on Damages The Licensee shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use this software.
